Marek Juráš is a long-term cooperating attorney at FORLEX law firm. He specializes in legal disputes of common private law and corporate law and related issues of insolvency law; among the team of the office, he specializes in family law and matrimonial property law.
Besides practicing the above areas of law in his everyday work, Marek Juráš also acts as an external lecturer of the Department of Private Law and Civil Procedure at the Faculty of Law at Palacký University in Olomouc. His academic activity allows him to connect the practical execution of law within a broader theoretical framework. He earned his doctoral degrees in litigation and publishes articles on related subjects in professional legal books and journals (textbooks and commentaries on civil procedure and insolvency law).
