We are delighted to have advised the shareholders of Czech technology company Logmanager on its acquisition by Guardsix (formerly Logpoint), a European cybersecurity vendor backed by Scandinavian private equity investor Summa Equity.

Since its foundation, Logmanager has grown to become the market leader in log management in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Joining forces with Guardsix opens a new chapter in its European growth and supports the ambition to build a strong European alternative to US cybersecurity platforms.

Logmanager joins a group of successful technology companies whose know-how and growth potential have attracted significant international capital.
