coronavirus update - crisis measures

We bring you a list of newly issued crisis measures (some of them are effective from today midnight – 9th October 2020, 12:00 a.m.)

CRISIS MEASURE no. 995

from Friday 9th October 2020 (12:00 a.m.) to Sunday 11th October 2020 (11:59 p.m.)

WHAT IS PROHIBITED?

  • mass indoor events with more than 10 people / mass oudoor events with more than 20 people;

exception: members of household, professional activities, business and other similar activities, participation in a wedding, declaration of registered partnership, funerals;

  • social distancing less than 2 metres;
  • concerts, theatre performances and other artistic performances and festivals (predominantly with singing, including rehearsals);
  • operations of casinos; indoor sports facilities, gyms and fitness centres; artifical swimming pools and wellness facilities; zoos; facilities for people aged 6 to 18 years old (educational, recreational facilities).

WHAT IS RESTRICTED?

  • theatre, movie and other artistic performances (predominantly non singing) – 500 viewers; staying mainly in the seating; do not serve refreshments; 2 meters social distancing;
  • sport events organised by sport unions – only athletes and implementation team up to 130 people;
  • church services – up to 100 people – only with seating;
  • restaurants and catering establishments

-   closed 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (exception – not for public – e.g. staff cafeteria; issue counter; weddings and registered partnerships – 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.);

-   space between tables at least 1,5 metres;

-   maximum of 4 people at the table (excemption – members of household);

-   WI-FI turned off;

-   clubs – closed 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. – live music and dancing are prohibited;

  • shopping centres – with a sales area of more than 5,000 m2

-   food court – maximum 2 people at the table;

-   relax places – people can not gather there;

-   WI-FI turned off;

-   at least 1 person supervising compliances;

-   informing costumers about measures and 2 meters social distacing obligation;

-   preclude gathering people at – toilets, escalators, underground garages, evelators etc.;

freedom of movement restrictions – shopping centres and outlets and service establishments (except for restaurants and catering services) can only be entered in groups of maximum 2 people – with 2 metres social distancing between groups (except for people under 15 years old accompanying an adult from the same household).

Also, from 9th October 2020 (12:00 a.m.) to 25th October 2020 (11:59 p.m.) the rules for visiting health-care establishment and conditions for the presence of a third person at birth are tightened.

From 12th October 2020 (12:00 a.m.) to 25th October 2020 (11:59 p.m.) the operations of schools and educational institutions are restricted. Among other things, the autumn holidays are extended to 26th and 27th October 2020.

WHAT IS PROHIBITED?

  • mass indoor events with more than 10 people / mass oudoor events with more than 20 people;

exception – members of households, employees doing work for the same employer; people who jointly do business activities or other similar activities; people who jointly do activity to which they are obliged by law (and it is necessary to do this activity in a higher number of people) – but with 2 meters social distancing;

  • concerts and other musical, theater, movie and other artistic performaces including circus and varieté;
  • indoor singing of more than 5 people (exception – residence and kindergarten);
  • traditional events;
  • congresses and other educational events
  • fairs and trade shows;
  • casino operations;
  • indoor sport facilities; gym and fitness centres; artifical swimming pools; zoos; museums, galleries, showrooms, castles, chateaux, observatories, planetariums and other historical and cultural objects;
  • facilities for people aged 6 to 18 years old (educational, recreational facilities).

WHAT IS RESTRICTED?

  • restaurants and catering establishments

-   closed 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (exception – not for public – issue counter;

-   space between tables at least 1,5 metres;

-   maximum of 4 people at the table (excemption – members of household);

-   WI-FI turned off;

-   clubs – closed 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. – live music and dancing are prohibited;

  • from 19th October 2020 – participation in a wedding / entry into a registered partnership and celebration; funeral and burial-feast – maximum of 30 people; participation in establishments – 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.;
  • shopping centres – with a sales area of more than 5,000 m2

-   food court – maximum 2 people at the table;

-   relax places – people can not gather there;

-   WI-FI turned off;

-   at least 1 person supervising compliances;

-   informing costumers about measures and 2 meters social distacing obligation;

-   preclude gathering people at – toilets, escalators, underground garages, evelators etc.;

freedom of movement restrictions – shopping centres and outlets and service establishments (except for restaurants and catering services) can only be entered in groups of maximum 2 people – with 2 metres social distancing between groups (except for people under 15 years old accompanying an adult from the same household);

freedom of assembly – maximum of 500 participants may attend the assembly – in groups up to 20 participants – at least 2 metres social distancing between groups (the participant is obligated to wear a mask that prevents spreading droplets).
