ŠTĚPÁNKA HAWERLANDOVÁ, MGR.

BIO
Štěpánka Hawerlandová is an associate at FORLEX. She focuses primarily on contractual relations and general contract law, real estate law, IP/IT rights, employment law and family law.
In her practice in the field of contractual relations, Štěpánka Hawerlandová has experience in complex advisory services in the preparation and revision of contractual documentation. In real estate, in addition to contract drafting and legal advisory services, she is also experienced in legal due diligence and dispute resolution in the context of various development projects and administrative proceedings.
In all mentioned fields, Štěpánka Hawerlandová participates in providing legal services to domestic and also foreign clients (mainly Austria and Germany).
Prior to joining FORLEX as an associate in 2021, she worked for three years as a legal assistant at a law firm focusing not only on general practice but also on family and criminal law, and spent a year and a half studying at universities in Austria.
Štěpánka Hawerlandová is a graduate of Law and Legal Science at the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University in Brno, where she successfully completed the State Master´s Exam in 2021.
