BIO
Štěpánka Kočařová is an associate at FORLEX. She focuses primarily on contractual relations and general contract law, real estate law, IP/IT rights, compliance and whistleblowing. Among others, she also consults on employment law, especially in the field of job placement and employment agencies and specialises in family law.
In her practice in the field of contractual relations, Štěpánka Kočařová has experience in complex advisory services in the preparation and revision of contractual documentation whether it is a contract for the supply and implementation of software or a loan agreement. In real estate, in addition to contract drafting and legal advisory services, she is also experienced in legal due diligence and dispute resolution in the context of various development projects and administrative proceedings.
In all mentioned fields, Štěpánka Kočařová participates in providing legal services to domestic and also foreign clients (mainly Austria and Germany).
Prior to joining FORLEX as an associate in 2021, she worked for three years as a legal assistant and spent a year and a half studying at universities in Austria.
