In the field of healthcare law, Eva Ostruszka Klusová has experience particularly with medical devices, reimbursement of healthcare services, transfers of business and companies operating in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries and negotiating agreements with health insurance companies. - Comprehensive employment law advice to a range of employers (incl. major clients operating in the heavy industry, engineering, chemical, automotive, energy, information technology and pharmaceutical sectors), including reviewing model documentation and setting up internal processes at employers or representing them in employment law litigation.
- Advising on employers' relations with occupational health service providers, not only when concluding contracts for the provision of occupational health services but also when issuing and reviewing medical reports on the medical capacity of employees
- Advising a number of major clients on corporate governance and relations with managers
- Advising employers on collective bargaining, including the formation of a European Works Council
- Advising on acquisitions of healthcare service providers and medical device distribution companies (including negotiating the transfer of business with health insurance companies or securing the necessary authorisations to operate)
- Advising major international companies operating in the construction and textile industries on the enforcement of employee claims in the event of employer insolvency
