BIO
Vojtěch Hofírek is an associate at FORLEX. Before joining our legal team, he had already been working as a student legal intern for more than a year.
He graduated from the law and legal science programme at the Faculty of Law at Palacký University in Olomouc.
He focuses mainly on general civil law, such as the law of obligations and property rights, litigation, corporate law and general and special administrative law, particularly in the areas of construction law and related fields.
During his studies he passed the English language exam at C2 level.
Immediately after the state final exam in 2023, he smoothly transitioned from the position of a legal trainee to the position of a legal associate, providing legal advice in various areas of law for Czech and foreign clients.
