Adam Tietz is an attorney-at-law permanently cooperating with FORLEX. He focuses primarily on advising on real estate and construction law, administrative law, health law and e-commerce. In addition to the above, Adam Tietz is also interested in the ever-evolving law related to esports.
In the area of real estate and administrative law, Adam Tietz has experience in complex legal due diligence, preparation of contractual documentation and representation in proceedings for the implementation of individual construction projects. Adam Tietz also advises on the Freedom of Information Act.
In the area of healthcare law, Adam Tietz focuses on the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on pharmacies. He publishes in professional journals and lectures at professional conferences on various topics in this sector.
In the area of e-commerce, Adam Tietz focuses on contractual issues, commercial terms and conditions and the setting up of relationships between customers and suppliers.
Prior to joining FORLEX in 2020, he worked as a legal assistant and then as an associate at a domestic law firm focused mainly on real estate, intellectual property and information technology law.
Adam Tietz is a graduate of the Master's degree programme in Law and Legal Science at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno, which he successfully completed with the state final exam in 2019.
